Jon Boggs

Founder/President

The founder of NOVO Construction, Jon Boggs developed a passion for the building industry from a young age. With a firm background in business management, he led the transformation of DLV Roofing and Exteriors into its legacy as a trusted roofing contractor. Leaving DLV in 2019, he returned to his passion by founding NOVO Construction to provide local homeowners with quality work and a contractor they can trust. Jon lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Lauren, and their two children, Waylon and Bear. When he is not at work, Jon enjoys being out on the water fishing or in the woods hunting.

Colleen Beams

Accounting Clerk

Colleen has an affinity for numbers which led her to the position of accounting clerk here at Novo Construction. She received her BS in accounting from SUNY – Old Westbury. Although she does not have a construction background and is eager to learn the business. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dogs to the dog park, sketching, and reading.
